Connecticut West Division of Infantry Girls Lacrosse, covering the Fairfield, Litchfield, New Haven and Hartford Counties.

Kaitlin Gruse

Division Head for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West 

Our goal at Infantry Lacrosse is to provide high level lacrosse instruction from experienced coaches and staff. By combining our commitment to differentiated instruction with positive reinforcement and competitive play, we’ll provide elite level coaching to support our players in Western Connecticut.

Kayte Mills

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West 

Kayte Mills is a New Fairfield High School alum who received All-Conference and All-State honors each year during her playing time from 2000-2004.

She continued her playing career at Western New England College, Mills was a four-year starter for both volleyball and lacrosse. She had a very successful lacrosse career and was named first Team All-New England Women's Lacrosse Alliance (NEWLA) three times.

Lauriel Pascarelli

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West

Lauriel joins the Infantry team to coach and develop the Connecticut West Girls alongside Coach Kaitlin and Coach Kayte. Her experience in the leadership spot plays a key role in the success of the young, aspiring athletes of the western division. Lauriel works closely with the girls to build skills and character on the Infantry battle field.

McKenzie Gaghan

Goalie Coach for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West 

The two-time IWLCA National Defensive Player of the Week brings her exceptional knowledge and veteran experience to our young, future stars of the game. McKenzie was recently named in the USA Lacrosse Magazine DII Honorable Mention All-American, 2022 NCAA runner up and 2022 & 2021 Atlantic Region Champion. She’ll be working closely with the Connecticut West goalies.

Reagan Tenaglia

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West

Reagan played four years of lacrosse at New Fairfield High School. She earned all conference honors her freshman through senior year. She was a US Lacrosse All American & US Lacrosse Academic All American in 2021. She led her team to the CT Class S State Title, and was named the Championship Game MVP. She was also an All-State and All-League selection in Field hockey at New Fairfield High School. Reagan played lacrosse at Army West Point and Siena College. 

Colleen Rattigan

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West

Colleen played four years of varsity lacrosse at New Fairfield High School. She earned South West All Conference team honors, was two time First Team All-State member, and also received All Academic honors. She led the New Fairfield Varsity program to three Class S State Championships and served as a captain her senior year. Colleen currently attends Manhattan College and plays midfield for the Jaspers. 

Kelly Ford

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West

Kelly played four years of lacrosse at New Fairfield High School. Named all-league and all-state team during her Junior and Senior season. She helped lead team to 45-6 record in three seasons along with three Class S State Championships. Kelly currently attends Bryant University where she is a starting defender. As a freshman she was named to the America East All-Rookie team. 

Madelyn Breitbeil

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West

Madelyn played three years of lacrosse at New Fairfield HIgh School. She earned all conference and all state honors as a three year starting defender. She helped her team compete in three state championships and win two Class S State Championships during her time at New Fairfield. She currently attends Sacred Heart University where she plays defense for the Pioneers. 

Meagan Beal

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Connecticut West

Meagan attended Brewster High School and played four years of varsity lacrosse and three year captain. She helped her team advance to the state semifinals as a junior while also winning the section and region championships. She finished her career with 334 draw controls, 193 goals, 131 ground balls, 62 caused turnovers and 31 assists. She was named Preseason Elite 11, All-League, All-Section, US Lacrosse All-American, US Lacrosse Academic All-American, LoHud All Stars First Team and First Team All-State. At Furman University played four years of lacrosse as a midfielder. Meagan was recognized as the SoCon Freshman of the Year, Second Team All-SoCon All-Freshman Team, and received  First Team All-Big South and Big South All-Tournament Team as a sophomore, junior, and senior. She also was named Captain her senior year and was selected to the IWLCA Senior Game.

Connecticut West Division of Infantry Girls Lacrosse, covering the Fairfield, Litchfield, New Haven and Hartford Counties.

Ryan Howley

Division Head for Boys Lacrosse Connecticut West 

Ryan joins the Infantry team to coach and develop the Connecticut West Boys alongside Coach Nick and Coach Jack. His experience in the leadership spot plays a key role in the success of the young, aspiring athletes of the western division. Ryan works closely with the boys to build skills and character on the Infantry battle field.

Nick Costabile

Division Head for Boys Lacrosse Connecticut West 

Nick Costabile is a graduate of New Fairfield High School (2010) who played goalie for the Rebels. During his time in high school, he won two SWC championships and one Class S state championship. His individual awards include multiple All-Conference selections, a 2nd team All-State award and an All-American award during his senior year. After graduating from NFHS he continued to play at SUNY Cortland where he studied Physical Education and was a back up goalie for the Red Dragons. Nick continued his education at Cortland where he completed his Master’s Degree in Health Education and was a graduate assistant coach. During his winter and summer breaks, Nick coached for a variety of lacrosse programs in the Westchester and NYC area. After graduating from Cortland, Nick became a physical education teacher in New York City where he taught pre-k thru 5th grade.

Nick has since left teaching and is now a fireman/paramedic with the Yonkers Fire Department. During this time, he has focused on private lessons but is looking forward to getting involved in the team aspect of the sport again.

Jack Egan

Division Head for Boys Lacrosse Connecticut West 

Jack joins the Infantry team to coach and develop the Connecticut West Boys alongside Coach Ryan and Coach Ryan. His experience in the leadership spot plays a key role in the success of the young, aspiring athletes of the western division. Jack works closely with the boys to build skills and character on the Infantry battle field.

Westchester Division of Infantry Boys Lacrosse, covering the entire Westchester County.

Jon Sable

Division Head for Boys Lacrosse Westchester New York 

Jonathan Sable has been in the coaching world of lacrosse since his senior year at Manhattanville in 2011. Jon started playing lacrosse at a young age and grew up on Long Island playing for Lynbrook High School.

Following his high school career, Jon continued to play lacrosse at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. During this time, he was frequently helping out youth clinics as one of his goals was to see lacrosse expand.


Westchester, NY Girls

Westchester Division of Infantry Girls Lacrosse, covering the entire Westchester County.

Daniella Cialini

Division Head for Girls Lacrosse Westchester, New York 

Daniella Cialini has played at the collegiate level at SUNY Purchase for 3 years. The starting captain was a midfielder/defender; she also received skyline conference honor roll 2015-2017. During her time at college, she first started coaching youth for the Byram Hills program, later coaching there as head JV and moved to assistant varsity.

Domenic Scipion

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Westchester, New York

Domenic Scipioni began playing in high school at Mount Saint Michael Academy. Throughout his time there, Domenic was involved in all aspects of the game; playing defense, goalie, and attack.  After high school, Domenic continued his athletic career at the College of Mount Saint Vincent.  At the collegiate level, he played goalie for his first two seasons before transitioning to defense.  

Jasmine Sitti

Division Coach for Girls Lacrosse Westchester, New York

Jasmine Sitti, a native of Clinton, NY, is the Head Women's Lacrosse Coach at Purchase College. A proud alumna, she graduated from Purchase in 2015 and was a founding member of the women's lacrosse team, showcasing her skills as a defender. She is a pioneer of firsts as her lacrosse journey began with the first club team in 2002 with the Bull League in Central NY and continued as she played pivotal roles in establishing the first modified, JV, and varsity teams at Clinton Middle and High Schools.
