Our Mission
At infantry Lacrosse, we are dedicated to providing our youth lacrosse players with the skills and guidance for a bright future. It is our mission to provide elite instruction by combining our coaching staff’s years of dedicated experience with differentiated instruction to enhance the skills and athleticism of our players. Our coaching staff and volunteers are committed to providing a positive experience for players. Our coaching staff is made up of top level coaches from Fairfield County, as well as Division I, II, and III college players.
Our emphasis on gritty play and teamwork sets our players apart from others. It is our goal through practice and tournament play to compete against top level competition and prepare our players for their next step in life; whether that be recruiting opportunities at the college level or life-long skills in sportsmanship and good decision-making.

Practice to Performance.
Our elite level of coaching and passion for excellence provides our young athletes with the highest quality learning experience which translates from practice to game time. We are ready to compete in the best tournaments offered for every age group. We will travel to show those throughout the country we are committed to high-level skill work, teamwork, and gritty play.

Here at Infantry, we’re dedicated to providing our developing youth with the skills and guidance for a bright future in Lacrosse. Our coaching staff and volunteers make up decades of experience within the community with an emphasis on teamwork and dedication.
Club Policies
The goal of joining Infantry is to provide elite training and opportunities for players to grow as athletes. Our players will be exposed to competitive competition at practice and through tournament play. Through this competitive structure of year-long training, our players will be ready to compete at the youth, high school, and eventually the college level.
Membership at Infantry is by evaluation and players must renew yearly. Prior membership at Infantry is valued, but does not guarantee future membership. Team designation may change from year to year.
Rules and Expectations
Players will respect their teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents. Derogatory language, back-talking, or fighting by players will not be tolerated and can result in termination from the team.
Players and parents are responsible for their actions on and off the field. It is expected that all players conduct themselves appropriately while competing, and parents respect the coaches, officials, and opposing teams we compete against.
Players must maintain current US Lacrosse Membership and update their information annually on our registration page. Failure to maintain this membership will put a hold on your ability to compete with Infantry Lacrosse.
Players and parents must ensure they are receiving the emails from Infantry coaches and staff. Parents and players will check their email regularly and frequently for updates on practice and game times, training opportunities, and answers to questions.
Players should arrive at the field for practice and tournaments on time. Promptness is key to preparation. Players should arrive at the field for tournaments 1 hour before their scheduled game and 30 minutes before each subsequent game.
Players will show up to practices and games in the correct uniform. Infantry practice pinnies are worn at every practice and full uniforms to all tournaments. Equal playing time is a privilege, not a guarantee. It is the goal of our coaching staff to provide every player with the opportunity to learn and grow through tournament play. Many of the tournaments we attend include a championship format. At these competitive tournaments, playing time will be determined by the coaches how they see fit. If there are issues with playing time, please have the player and the parent speak with the Head Coach and Division Leader regarding concerns, if any.
Refund Policies
Due to registration deadlines for tournaments, uniform procurement, field space, and securing coaching, preparation for our club occurs in advance of the payment received for programming. Our program registration includes payments for practices, tournaments fees, uniforms, and elite coaching.
There are no refunds for any programming or evaluation fee. The ONLY exception to our Refund Policy (summer club payments only) is if a player is unable to participate due to injury. We will honor a 50% refund of total program payment and require a doctor's note as confirmation. All other programming (camps, clinics, tournament play etc) is non-refundable, if a player can't participate due to injury ONLY with a doctor's note a refund will be provided.
Weather
Directors and coaches have the right to cancel practice due to inclement weather or impending inclement weather. The safety of our players, coaches and families are essential. As a program we will do our best to makeup the session, but there is no guarantee of a makeup due to inclement weather. No refunds or credits will be processed for that session.
